Black and grey traditional tattoo of a hooded grim reaper skull with the words DEAD SERIOUS beneath it, on an upper arm.

Grim reaper with DEAD SERIOUS lettering

Traditional · Upper arm · Black and grey · Photo

A hooded grim reaper skull with a grinning mouth and bold outlines sits above the words DEAD SERIOUS in block capitals, with a rope and a drop shape hanging below the hood. The design uses solid black fills, bold outlines and grey shading on the hood and skull, with no colour ink. The tattoo fills most of the frame against a dark background, with another partial tattoo visible in the top right corner.
