Empire State Building skyline on a forearm

Realism · Forearm · Black and grey · Photo

The tattoo shows a tall skyscraper with a stepped crown and spire, rising from a hazy city skyline with smaller buildings fading into the background. Soft shading and fine grey gradients create the mist and cloud forms above, while darker, detailed windows define the tower. The image is a close, straight-on photograph in a blurred indoor setting with neutral tones.

She sat beside him until the lamp burned down. In the morning the mist lay thick over the streets, but the tower stood clear above it, and anyone who wanted to know where the island ended only had to look up.
