Semicolon tattoo on a finger
Hand · Black and grey · Photo
A small solid black semicolon sits on the side of a finger, with a fingertip and a second hand visible around it. The mark has crisp edges and simple, unshaded black ink. Soft, warm lighting and a circular crop frame the close-up composition.

"It's a thing we're breathing in," she said, closed the book on the pencil, and went to fetch the cart.
