Screaming minion on the stomach
Other · Black and grey · Photo
A cartoon minion character with two large goggles and a tuft of hair is shown mid-scream, with both arms raised and an open mouth. The linework is bold and outlined, with soft grey shading across the body and limbs. The tattoo sits small and centred on bare skin, with the rest of the frame left plain.

The feed lorry had been gone an hour when Ruth heard the scream from somewhere under the stacked sacks. It was not a lamb. It was a yellow creature no taller than a milk churn lid, with two round goggles strapped over its eyes and a tuft of hair standing up like a struck match. Both its arms were in the air, and its mouth was open wide enough to post a letter through.

"You've been in the back of Smithson's lorry," Ruth said, crouching by the barn door with her breath smoking. The creature stopped screaming long enough to stare at the frost on the yard, then started again, louder, when the collie trotted in to investigate. Gerry Pell, who had worked Hollin Farm for forty years and trusted nothing with fewer than four legs, declared it a sign that the thaw would never come.
They tried everything. Ruth offered a rind of cheddar, and it bit her thumb. Gerry started the tractor with its headlamps on, and the creature scrambled up the bale spike and sat on the top bale, arms still raised, as if directing traffic. By dusk it had a bucket of warm water, a tea towel for a blanket, and a furious opinion of the cat.
The lorry came back at six with the driver shouting that he'd lost a crate of goggles. He lifted the lid on the empty space by the sacks, and a dozen identical yellow heads looked up at him, every mouth open. Their small friend climbed down the spike, shook Ruth's hand with one stubby paw, and rejoined the crate without a word of thanks, screaming once more, happily, all the way down the lane.
