Pine forest badge with 'All good things are wild and free'
Blackwork · Black and grey · Flash
A circular design with the words ALL GOOD THINGS ARE WILD AND FREE arranged in an arc across the top. Below them, a row of solid black pine tree shapes fills the lower half of the circle, with fine white lines separating the trees. The drawing is in black ink on plain white paper, with a twine, a pen and a brush pen placed around the edges.

When the first trays went out at six, I stood by the back window and watched the sky over the car park go the colour of wet slate. For a minute the dark gap behind the bus shelters looked exactly like the edge of the trees.
