Two cat faces on a forearm
Forearm · Colour · Photo
The tattoo shows two cat heads in profile-tilted portraits, a grey tabby on the left and a ginger cat on the right, with whiskers drawn in fine black line. The linework is dark and clean around each face, with soft blended shading on the fur and green irises as the main accent. The pale skin and wooden slat background sit behind the design, which is placed diagonally across the arm.

"You'll wake the whole terrace," Pewter said, though he knew she wouldn't hear him over her own hunger.
The plan had been Biscuit's, and so it was loud. Behind the bakery on the corner, a sack of day-old crusts sat by the back door every night, guarded by nothing but a loose latch and a bin lid that wobbled. They crossed the wet cobbles in single file, Pewter counting the lit windows out of habit, and reached the bin just as a light clicked on in the upstairs room. Biscuit froze with one paw raised. A man in a vest leaned out, squinted, and sighed the sigh of someone who had seen nothing worth reporting.
Afterwards they shared the spoils on the flat roof of the laundry, under a sky the colour of wet slate. Biscuit ate with her eyes half shut, ears turned to the city's late hum. Pewter licked the crumbs from his whiskers and looked back at the window they had left, its latch still undone.
"Same time tomorrow?" Biscuit asked.
He pretended to consider it. He always did, and they both knew how it would end.
