Celebi curled around a Poke Ball on a forearm
Neo-trad · Forearm · Colour · Photo
A cartoon-style Celebi, the green Pokémon with a blue-tipped leaf and a small red mouth, is curled around a red and white Poké Ball. Bold black outlines define the shapes, and smooth gradient shading in greens, blues and reds gives the figure volume. The design sits centred on a forearm against plain skin.

A story inspired by this tattoo · fiction
Sit closer, you lot, and mind the fire. Nobody in Hollin Vale kept a clock, so the old ones measured time by the wood. When the oaks in the high meadow dropped their leaves three winters running, the Queen of Brackenmere sent her crier up the hill with a red and white ball the size of a pear, and a warning that the forest was to be given nothing it asked for.

The crier was a boy called Tobin Ashgrove, and he had a habit of talking to things. On the third evening he found a sprite curled round the ball in a hollow stump, green as new bracken, its leaf-crest bent like a sword left out in the rain. It was no bigger than a loaf. It looked at him with one great blue eye and opened a small red mouth to say nothing at all.
He should have carried the ball back down. Instead he sat with it until the frost came, and when the sprite leaned its weight against the warm curve of the ball, the bark around them greened and the dead oaks put out buds. Tobin never told the queen. He told the bell at the crossroads, and the bell told everyone, which is how you know this story is true, because nobody in Brackenmere has ever managed a secret.
