Dachshund line drawing on an ankle
Fine line · Ankle · Black and grey · Photo
A single continuous black outline shows a dachshund in profile, with a long body, short legs, a pointed snout and a rounded ear. The linework is thin and even, with no shading or fill. The tattoo sits on pale skin, photographed close up on the foot with a plain, softly lit background.

They walked back across the field together, the dog choosing the path because the snow was deeper than her chest and she had decided that was the only sensible route. Behind them the barn door knocked in the wind. Owen carried the eggs inside his jacket. Tilly carried nothing, which she considered only fair.
