Gold foil bride tribe temporary tattoo designs
Lettering · Colour · Flash
Many white transfer sheets overlap, each printed with the words bride tribe in gold foil script lettering. A small arrow motif sits above the word tribe on each design. The gold lettering is bright and evenly applied, and the sheets fill the frame with a slightly angled, layered composition.

Dot had been feeding the foil press since six, and by nine the back room smelled of hot metal and cheap coffee. The order had come in as "forty bride tribe, gold, arrow over the tribe, NOT pink", which Dot read twice before printing exactly that, because the last time she had argued with a hen party she ended up with a van full of tiaras nobody wanted.

The sheets came off the press warm and slightly tacky, and she hung them on the drying rack like washing. Her apprentice, Kieran, kept lifting one to the window to look through it. "They look like wedding invitations that have been in a fight," he said. Dot told him to mind the foil, which was the only thing in the building worth minding.
On the third afternoon the bride rang. Her name was Shona, her voice was hoarse from karaoke, and she wanted to know whether the arrows could point the other way, back at her, so everyone would know who they were all aiming for. Dot said the die was already cut and recutting it would cost more than the hen weekend. Shona laughed for a long time, then said fine, leave them, the arrows could point wherever they liked as long as the girls turned up on Saturday.
On Saturday Dot drove along the Scarborough seafront on purpose. Six women sat on a wet bench in matching gold, each with a sheet pressed to her wrist, all their arrows pointing at the seventh, who had refused to wear one and was being tagged in every photo anyway. Shona was holding the phone up high and shouting for everyone to smile, and the arrows, bright as brass in the grey light, kept pointing straight ahead at nothing in particular.
